Return Eligibility

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Returns must be requested within 1-2 Days of delivery.

Refunds are initiated after product inspection and processed within 7-14 days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Personal care items, perishables, and customized products are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
